Refund policy


C&D Peptides – Returns & Refunds Policy 

1. Overview

  • All products are sold strictly for research purposes only.
  • We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances, unless the item arrives damaged in transit.
  • All orders are fully inspected before dispatch.

 

2. Damaged on Delivery – The Only Acceptable Reason

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your product arrives:

  • Broken
  • Leaking
  • Physically damaged
  • Or if you’ve received the wrong item

If you miss the 24-hour window, we cannot replace or refund it. No exceptions.

 

3. What We Need From You

To process a damaged-on-arrival claim, you must provide:

  1. Order number / proof of purchase
  2. Clear photos or videos showing:
    • The outer packaging
    • The product itself
    • The damage

  3. Notification sent to: cdpeptides@gmail.com

Once verified, we’ll issue either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (your choice)

If the damage isn’t caused by us or by transit, the claim will be rejected.

 

 

 

4. Strictly Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products stored incorrectly by the customer
  • Any product compromised by user handling
  • Anything returned without prior approval
  • Any item beyond the 24-hour report window

No arguments, no loopholes — this is final.


5. Shipping Risk

 

 

 

Once items leave our premises and are with the courier, risk transfers to the buyer.

Returned items (only where authorised) must be sent via tracked delivery.


 

 

6. Refund Process

 

If a damaged-on-arrival claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days
  • Refunds go to the original payment method
  • Shipping is not refunded unless the error was ours


 

 

 

7. Policy Updates

 

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

All changes apply to future orders from the date they are published.
